By making a reservation, staying at Sun Lodge Hotel, or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking your stay.

Reservations and Bookings

Making a Reservation

  • Booking confirmation: All reservations require written confirmation from the hotel
  • Guarantee: A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation
  • Information accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate guest information
  • Age requirement: The primary guest must be at least 18 years old
  • Group bookings: Special terms may apply for reservations of 5 or more rooms

Payment Terms

  • No-show: Full booking amount charged for failure to arrive
  • Early departure: No refund for unused nights unless approved by management
